Care Instructions

Unplug when not in use and let it cool completely before moving or cleaning. Treat it like a candle and do not leave the burner unattended while in use. Keep out of reach from pets and children.

We also recommend using natural soy wax melts for our white silicone tray as artificially coloured wax melts may stain the colour of the tray. If you want to use artificially coloured wax melts then consider using a wax liner.

How does the wax melt burner work?

Our wax melt burners are electric. Simply plug it into the power socket, add your favourite scented wax melts and enjoy the fragrance release into the air!

Are wax melt burners better than candles?

In our professional* opinion, yes! Here are the reasons why we think so -

How do I clean my wax melt burner?

All our burners come with a silicone tray making it super easy to clean. Once the wax melts have cooled down, simply pop them out and wash the silicone tray in warm soapy water.

How does the light and heating work?

The LED is what provides the light in our wax melt burner and we engineered a PTC heating plate inside to act as the heat source. The PTC heating plate is stable and safer than traditional light bulbs as it does not over heat. It is also more energy efficient!
